Dish Drying Racks

Over-sink, countertop and collapsible dish drying racks for plates, pots and glassware.

Dish drying rack design determines how many dishes it holds, how it drains water and how much counter or sink space it uses. An over-sink dish rack hangs over the sink, draining water directly into the sink and eliminating the drip tray that requires emptying; it requires a sink wide enough to span. A countertop dish rack with a draining tray works in any kitchen but requires the drip tray to be emptied regularly or water will pool on the counter. A two-tier rack doubles the capacity of a standard single-tier rack, accommodating more plates and bowls per footprint. A collapsible or folding drying rack folds flat for storage when not in use. This section covers dish drying racks by mounting type, tier count, drip tray design and capacity for plates, glasses and utensils.
